First I painted this frame with lime colored acrylic paint. (FolkArt yellow citron, to be exact.) Then I painted the whole thing with Key Lime Shimmerz. It gave it the perfect shimmery sheen! Then I stamped the polka dots with SU craft ink. I lightly sprayed the flowers with Baby's Breath Spritz. I just LOVE the perfect amount of sparkle that Spritz gives. I adhered the ribbon, flowers, and SUInk buttons, and voila, an adorable frame!
